No, you do not need a business license, tax ID, or any formal business registration to buy from GM Wholesale. Our inventory is open to the general public and anyone looking to purchase wholesale lots for resale.

All you need is a valid form of payment and a shipping address (unless you prefer to pick up your goods in person).

While we do not require a license for you to purchase from us, your specific country, state, or city may require a business permit or license to legally re-sell the merchandise.

Purchasing

You do not need to be a registered business or have a business license to purchase from GM Wholesale. We are open to the general public and sell to anyone interested in purchasing wholesale lots for resale. No tax ID number, business license, or other formal paperwork is required to buy from us. All you need is a form of payment and a shipping address (if you are not picking up in person).

Yes! GM Wholesale is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Customers are welcome to visit our facility at 3704 Smith Farm Rd Unit B, Matthews, NC 28104 anytime during business hours. You can either buy directly on our website and pick up your order, or make your purchase in person. Either way, you can take your products with you the same day.

Please ensure you bring a vehicle large enough (truck/trailer) to handle the volume of merchandise you plan to purchase.

You can place orders with us in several ways:

  • Online: Add products to your cart on our website and proceed to checkout.

  • By Email: Send your order details, along with shipping and billing info, to jonathan@groupmendesusa.com.

  • By Phone: Call us at 980-315-0260 to place an order over the phone.

  • In Person: Visit our warehouse to inspect merchandise, pay, and take it with you the same day.

No, GM Wholesale does not charge a membership fee. We believe wholesale pricing should be accessible to everyone. Creating an account on our website is free and provides access to our latest manifests and inventory updates.

Please note that all goods are sold As-Is and all sales are final. We do not offer guarantees, exchanges, or returns. However, we strive for accuracy; if there is a significant discrepancy (e.g., you received the wrong category of goods or a major unit count error), please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.
